Pengaruh Isolat Fusarium sp. dan Rhizopus sp. pada Berbagai Teknik Inokulasi Terhadap Pembentukan Kemedangan pada Tanaman Gaharu (Gyrinops Versteegii)

Abstract

Forming kemendangan agarwood is influenced by isolate factor and inoculation technique. This research purposes to distinguish the effect between Fusarium sp. and Rhizopus sp. and various fungus inoculation technique forming kemendangan agarwood by G. versteegii in Jember. This analysis was done by using factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) which consists of two factors. First factor (A) is a type of shaped inocula of kemendangan agarwood that composes the three degrees, A1 = Fusarium sp. in liquid area, A2 = Rhizopus sp. in liquid area, A3 = Isolat Fusarium sp. and Rhizopus sp. in liquid area. Second factor (B) is inoculation technique that composes the three stages, B1 = Injection B2 = Infusion, B3 = Bamboo stick (satay steak), so as reaching 9 experiment combinations or experiment settings. Every attempt is repeated by three times, while it will be 27 tests to agarwood. The result of the analysis shows that fungus Fusarium sp. and its infusion are able to shape the highest kemendangan Agarwood that based on colored infected cell, infected tissues quantity, and infected aroma.
