Research conducted at the Laboratory of Plant Pests, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau in December 2014 to March 2015. The research was conducted experimentally by using completely randomized design (CRD), which consists of 5 treatments (0 g/100 g, 2 g/100 g, 4 g/100 g, 6 g/100 g and 8 g/100 g of rice) where each treatment was repeated 4 times to obtain 20 units experiment. Results were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance followed by Duncan's test New Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5%. The parameters observed were lethal time 50 (LT50), daily mortality and total mortality. The results showed that the provision of spiked pepper leaf flour with a dose of 6 g/100 g rice is the effective dose to control rice weevil pest for the provision of such treatment can be deadly more than 80% of rice weevil pest with lethal time 31.25 hours and total mortality by 95%.
