Mulai Tahun 2018, Jurnal Agroteknologi Tropika merubah tampilan cover dan layout pada naskah yang terbit, hal ini dikarenakan adanya penambahan logo berdasarkan rapat Dewan Redaksi. Selain itu, Jurnal Agroteknologi Tropika yang semula terbit pada Januari dan Juli berubah menjadi Juni dan Desember.
